2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 1 small Onions, raw 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 tsp Oregano, ground 1 oz Feta Cheese 1 1tsp Olive Oil
ut olive oil in nonstick skillet
Saute half of sliced onion for about 3-4 minutes. Add spinach. Cook for another 3 minutes
While spinach is cooking, beat eggs and egg whites. Add oregano, salt and pepper
Move spinach and onions to bowl
Add eggs to skillet and cook omelet.
Add veggies on top, feta cheese and sliced tomatoes when eggs are almost thoroughly cooked until eggs are finished.
