Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
30 oz Cured Ham 5 cup Split Peas 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 clove Garlic 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Place all ingredients in a stock pot and simmer covered for 3 hours. Remove ham bone and ham. Process in Vitamix or food processor until smooth. Cut up ham and add to processed soup.
