Ingredients
Donuts:2 cups Peanut Flour 3.5 tsp Baking Powder .8 tsp Baking Soda 1-1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 large Eggs 1/2 cup Erythritol .8 tsp Sea Salt Frosting:6 tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder .25 cup Butter 1/4 cup Erythritol 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
DONUTS
Preheat over 350, use donut pan of choice (I squirt with coconut oil)
Combine all donut ingredients in large mixing bowl, mix at low for 30 seconds then at high for 3 minutes, keep scraping bowl
Fill pan to 3/4 full, back 20 - 25 minutes or toothpick test
Cool on rack
FROSTING:
Mix erythritol into power in a food processor, melt the butter and cocoa together, in separate bowl bowl mix the almond milk, vanilla and sweetner.
Spread over cooled donuts
