92 gram(s) Chick Pea Flour 1 cup (by CMCOLE) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Thoroughly whisk together the dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Heat up skillet and spray with non-stick spray. Option to grease pan with butter or vegetable oil.
Pour batter onto hot surface. When small bubbles form at the edge of pancakes, flip them over.
Use medium temperature do ensure nicely browned pancakes. Serve with butter and maple or agave syrup.
