'Peel a pound' vegetable soup

Ingredients
1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 2 cup Stewed Tomatoes 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving banana pepper, raw 4.5" long 2 tsp (C) Seasoning,Garlic, minced, in water (Spice World), 2 tsp 3 cup Baby Lima Bean 3 serving Bullion - Beef - Reduced Sodium - Wyler's x 1 Cube (by ~~LILA) 1 serving Low Sodium Spicy Hot V8 1 serving Vegetable Stock Cube, Knorr, per cube
Directions
Chop everything up and throw it all into a pot and simmer until all vegetables are soft.
