Ingredients
0.5 cup Quinoa, Traditional, Organic .5 cup Farro Dry .5 cup lentil,dry, uncooked 2 cans diced Tomatoes - natural 1 big Red bell pepper1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cloves chopped Garlic 1.25 cup Spinach, fresh, whole4 cup Vegetable broth no salt2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder Sea Salt (Himalayan prefered)Pepper
Directions
Combine all in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8.

Not sure how many servings it makes but for 1 cup I would say it is equal, in 21-day fix terms, to 1/2 green, 1/4 red, 1/4 yellow
