Baked Macaroni

Ingredients
Three cups of uncooked macaroni Three tablespoons of butterTwo teaspoons of Beau Monte seasoningFour cups of milkFour cups of grated cheeseThree tablespoons of flourOne teaspoons of salt and/or pepper to taste
Directions
Cook macaroni. While cooking the macaroni, melt the butter in a saucepans. Then add flour and cook until flour isn't raw. Add seasonings, then slowly add milk to butter and flour mixture, stirring constantly over low heat. When it begins to thicken, slowly add the grated cheese and stir until it melts. Drain the macaroni. Mix with cheese and pour nto casserole pan. Bake for 30 minutes, after putting bread crumbs on top. You can do this ahead, you can freeze it, it can be served immediately.
