Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt 2 dash Pepper, black .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 14 oz Coconut Milk, Thai Kitchen29 oz Pumpkin, Great Value, Canned 3 *shakes* Louisiana Hot Sauce, Great Value, 1tsp(5ml) 5 cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free .5 tbsp Cilantro, dried
Directions
Saute Diced Onions and Celery until soft. Add seasonings, coconut milk, and Pumpkin- Mix well. Add Chicken broth. Puree with stick blender, if desired. Add cilantro, if desired. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
