Coconut Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
4 tbsp Coconut Flour,2.66 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 large Egg white, fresh .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix ingredients together until all clumps are gone. Heat a large pan over medium heat with coconut oil or butter (not included in nutrition info). Cook until pancakes begin to bubble, and bottoms are brown. Flip over (about 2-3 min. per side).

Serve hot.
