42 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 20 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 7.5 cup Corn Flour, masa, dry (by UFURUFU) 20 oz Cheese, Mozarella, Low Moist/Part Skim (Lucerne) 4 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 tsp Salt
Directions
Boil chicken for 2 hour
Assemble
Steam for 90 - 120 min after assembly
