Slow Cooker Bourbon Street chicken

Ingredients
0.25 tsp Ginger, ground 0.25 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 18 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 clove Garlic 1 clove Garlic 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 oz Mott's Apple Juice 2 oz Mott's Apple Juice 6 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 6 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 24.75 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
place chicken on botoom of the crock pot. combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook 8 hours on low, then shred chicken in the slow cooker to a 'pulled pork' consistency. Ladle over a bowl of brown rice or place atop a whole-grain bun. (not included in NI)
