Cheesy Corn potato soup

Ingredients
1 cup Pepper & Onion Blend1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 cup diced potatoes 1 package Pioneer Brand Pepper Gravy2 cans Chicken Broth 2 cans Kernal corn -drained6 serving Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage diced and cooked1/2 cup Cheese-Velveeta Jalapeno
Directions
In large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil. Sauté onion pepper mix. Add diced potato and chicken broth. Boil for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add gravy mix stir until desolved. Chunk up cheese and add to pot and stir till melted.
