Sour cream spritz cookies

4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 16 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 1 cup Granulated Sugar 2 large Egg Yolk .5 cup Sour Cream 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground .5 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg yolks, sour cream, vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes.
