My Portabella burger

Ingredients
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, raw 1 serving Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun 1 cup Ice Burg Lettuce- Shredded 1 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv 1 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice) 1/2 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese 1 tsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise) 1 tsp Yellow Mustard 1 clove Garlic
Directions
rinse cap remove stem and ribs if you want, insert 1 clove of garlic inside the top of the cap through small slit done with knife (might have to half the clove pending the size) place cap in fry pan till done and then cook a bit more, turning occasionally. Assemble everything on the burger bun and enjoy...can be made with fewer calories /fat / sodium ...substitute bun for low cal bread 2 slices and leave off swiss cheese, bacon, mayo
