4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving lettuce 3 cups (romain) (by GLITTERGIRL69) 30 gram(s) Almonds Mariani Premium Sliced Almonds (1/4c) 3 serving Blue Cheese Crumble (1 oz) 4 tbsp Marie's Lite Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 tbsp Buffalo Wing - Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce (serving size 1 tbsp / 15 ml) (by MIKEGINA)
Directions
Roast chicken breast. Cut up and toss with hot sauce. Add to greens with almonds and blue cheese crumbles.
