Sharon's Coconut & Almond Bites

Ingredients
1.0 dash Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup (not packed) Raisins, golden seedless1.0 cup, slivered Almonds1.0 cup, shredded Coconut, raw2.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened0.5 cup Honey0.5 cup Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates1.0 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil2.0 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats2.0 serving Peanut Butter, 365 Organic Creamy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Mix all together and roll into bite sized balls. Sprinkle a dash of salt on top to taste. Store in Ziploc bags. Keeps better in the freezer makes about 50 bite sized pieces. Serving size is 2 pieces. Serving Size: Makes approx 16 1x2 1/2 " bars
