Sweet Potato & Carrot Vegan Chil

Ingredients
1.5 cup, cubes Yam or sweet potato, cooked, with salt 3 carrot Carrots, cooked 1 can Canned Tomatoes 3 tbsp Chili powder 1.5 cup Beyond Meat Beef-Free Crumble (Beefy) (by MOONWATCHER13) 1 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Peel and dice all your vegetables to desired size.
Saute onions in oil until clear. Add in Beyond beef crumbles and tomatoes on medium.
Add in carrots and yams with water, seasonings and vinegar.
Cook 2-3 hours on low depending on what consistency you want your chili.

Top with vegan cheese or sour cream and some onions.
Enjoy your humane meal.
