Asian Broccoli slaw salad

Ingredients
For Asian dressing:0.5 tsp Ginger, Gourmet Garden, Spice Paste1 tsp lemongrass paste (Gourmet Garden) 2 tbsp Low Sodium mushroom flavor or any Soy Sauce 5 mL Fish Sauce 2 1tsp Sesame Oil 15 mL Lime Juice 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1 clove Garlic crushed in a garlic press or shredded on a grater1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp chili paste ~ Sambal Oelek Paste of Chili For Salad:3 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded 0.5 small Onions, raw sliced into long thin strips2 baby cucumbers sliced into rounds and quartered0.25 cup Snow Peas, fresh (each pod cut into thirds)Add shrimp or extra veggies if you wish (This will change nutrition info)
Directions
Mix all ingredients for dressing together in a small bowl with a whisk. Set aside.
In large bowl toss together chopped veggies. Pour dressing over veggies and toss to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to marinade before serving. Can be made up to 1 day in advance.
