Cerviche Salad

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Spicy or Reg. V8 Juice (1lg can)1 lb. Bag of frozen COOKED shrimp, thawed and tails removed2 Cucumbers, diced3 Green Onions, sliced2 Avocados, diced2 Stalks of Celery, chopped3 Tbs. Cilantro, chopped1 Serano or Jalepeno Pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)Juice of 1 LimeSalt to tasteLime wedges for garnish (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingrediants lightly in large bowl.
Serve cold with Corn chips, Club Crackers or just a fork!
Garnish with Lime wedges
