Introduction

You can put this on rice or eat it plain, either way it tastes really good. Careful though... It's soo good that it is addicting. You can put this on rice or eat it plain, either way it tastes really good. Careful though... It's soo good that it is addicting.

Ingredients

    1 pound of octopus
    3 cups of chopped tomatos (roma tastes better)
    3/4 cup of chopped onions
    1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
    10 cloves of garlic minced
    1 tbsp of black pepper
    1 tsp of salt

Directions

1. Boil octopus for approximately 15 minutes, then turn off stove and leave it in there.

2. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Drain octopus and put in the bowl.

4. Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour and a half.

5. Enjoy!!!

    Very Good
    i really liked it and i would make it again but i would use less black pepper, two tablespoons was too much for me and i also added a few drops of lemon juice. - 4/3/10
