Ingredients

    3 oz. Tuna in Water
    .125 cup Regular or Low Fat Mayonnaise
    1 Plum Tomato, chopped
    1 Avocado, chopped
    .25 cup Yellow Sweet Corn
    1 Pickled Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
    1 tablespoon pickling liquid from jalapeno

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve on bread or toast. Makes 4-6 servings.
