Ingredients
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 3.75 cup Tomatoes-Hunt's Diced Sweet Onion 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 serving 1 med yellow onion (by TODD7623) 4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Directions
Cook 1 lb of hamburger meat. Drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 min. Cook rice separately
