healthy black bean casserole

Ingredients
2 cup Mahatma brown rice natural whole grain rice .25 cup dry or .75 prepared 1 cup Bush's, Black Beans 2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen .125 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .5 lime yields Lime Juice 75 gram(s) Bell Pepper - Orange (by PARAMAGNUS) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g) 1 tbsp Paprika 1 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY) 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees and prepare a 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray
2. Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until evenly combined
3. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown
5. Carefully remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving
