GF Bread in a Mug

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 TBS Buttermilk, lowfat 0.33 cup All-Purpose Flour, Gluten-Free - Bob's Red Mill's (by MGALL4) 1 tsp Splenda 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix egg with 1 tsp water. Add buttermilk and mix well. Mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Pour into a mug and microwave on high for about 85 seconds (could be longer, depending on microwave). Cut into 3 slices and put in toaster to brown.
