Ingredients
8 oz Shrimp, raw 4 oz Tilapia filet 4 oz Scallops, raw .25 cup Basmati Rice Medley-Trader Joe's 1 cup Salsa 1 large Onions, raw 1 cup Peas, frozen 3 tsp Salt 3 lime yields Lime Juice 6 tbsp Cilantro, raw Spices: Cumin, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
Directions
start cooking the rice. Season the fish, cook the fish. remove the fish from the pan. Deglaze with 1/4 cup or so of water and add the onion and salt. carmelize the onions. add the salsa and cook into a paste. add the peas and fish. cook until warmed through. add the lime juice and cilantro.

Serving Size: 1/3 of a pan, 4 cups or so
