Italian herb and garlic roasted vegetables

Ingredients
2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 medium Carrots, raw .25 medium Rutabagas 1.5 cup, cubes Yams 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 3 serving Club House Italian Seasoning = 3ml (by GEORGIEGIRL65) 1 tsp Onion powder 1.5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
Directions
Peel and dice all the vegetables, into approximately 1 inch pieces.

Place the vegetables into a large bowl, and sprinkle with the spices.

Drizzle everything with the olive oil. Toss everything to mix.

Place the mixture into a baking dish, and cover.

Bake at 375'C until done. (approx 1 hour.)
