Low Carb Chinese Noodle Stir Fry

-2 packs Tofu Shirataki noodles (Publix, Whole Foods Store, in the refrigerated food section)-2 packages of 10 oz defrosted broccoli -2 large raw onions-1/2 cup sweet red pepper-1.5 cup chopped raw carrot-1/3 cup soy sauce-1 tbsp cornstarch-2.5 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Grease pan and put on stove with medium heat. Drain noodles in sink and then place into heated pan. After about a minutes toss in broccoli, carrots, onions, and peppers. In a seperate bowl mix soy sauce, cornstarch and sesame seeds untill corn starch is stirred in with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Cook noodles and vegetables untill there is little water on bottom of pan, or for about 10 to 15 minutes. Pour in Soy Sauce mixture. Cook for another 5 mintutes. Makes about six 1.25 cup servings. Enjoy.
