Apple Detox Smoothie

Ingredients
2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Wash and quarter apples and remove cores, but do NOT peel. Place half of apples and half of water in blender until blended, add remaining apples, wate and spices and blend until desired consistency. Feel free to add more water if too thick.

Serving Size: makes 1 smoothie
