Roast Beef with Mushrooms and Onions Gravy

Ingredients
15 oz meat, beef chuck blade (pot) roast (by EXOTEC) 0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 0.5 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground (by MATMAN823) 1 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 0.5 cup Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup .5 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw (by SWDBSN)
Directions
In a roasting pan, place roast sprinkle salt & pepper all over.
Add sliced onions, sliced mushrooms.
Mix beef broth & mushroom soup together and pour over roast.
Bake at 350 for 2-3 hours, depending on how you like your meat done.
