20 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 6 clove Garlic 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 9 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 2 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) 0.66 cup Tomato Paste 390 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container) 1.66 cup Chick Peas 4 cup Spinach, fresh 3.5 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice 1 cup Orzo Pasta
Cook onions, pepper, garlic & mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil until tender. Add to large stock pot with remaining ingredients except orzo. Season with italian seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper, etc. Bring to a boil, add orzo and simmer for at least 15-20 minutes until orzo is tender.
