Ingredients
1 cup uncookedl lentils1 can Trader Joe's organic garbanzo beans, drained15 cherry tomatoes, chopped3.8 oz can sliced olives, drained1/2 cup shredded carrots3/4 cup chopped/sliced sweet peppers1/3 cup olive oil2 T red wine vinegar3 teas. Gourmet Garde Basil herb blendsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook lentils and drain. Add all other ingredients and chill at least 2 hours. 4 servings.
