Fried Chicken Livers

Ingredients
1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 567 grams Chicken Livers 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 0.50 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (by MIMIMAMA8) 0.50 tsp Morton Sea Salt (by NKE2013)
Directions
Thaw frozen livers in milk and lemon juice mixture in an air tight container from 2 hours to 2 days. Mix the dry ingredients in another container. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Take chicken livers from the milk mixture and coat with dry mixture. Fry them in skillet for 1 to 2 minutes or until medium brown. Remove from heat, let oils drain for 5 minutes. Good warm, or cold. Refrigerate up to 2 days.
