Raw Pecan Maple Pancakes

Ingredients
25 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 8 tbsp *Flax Seed .5 cup, shredded Coconut, raw .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 4 tbsp Artisana Organic Raw Coconut Butter (by MADEMCHE) 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh .75 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
Mix all ingredients together using your hands to combine well. Shape in to patties. Place in dehydrator on a screen for 30 minutes at 140 degrees reduce heat to 115 and dehydrate an additional 30 minutes.

You can also use a gas oven with a pilot light to dehydrate the pancakes.
