Red Zone Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
3 oz Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless 2 large Eggs 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup Bread crumbs, seasoned 1 tsp Sea Salt 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 tsp Chili powder 0.25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
1- Preheat oven to 400F.
2- Cut chicken breast length wise. (4 cuts per breast)
3- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder.
4- Add egg and olive oil, whisk together in bowl.
5- Dip chicken in egg mixture and then roll to cover in seasoning mixture.
6- Place chicken on baking sheet and cook 15 minutes per side, turning halfway until done.
7- Pour your favourite dipping sauce into a dip bowl.
8- Enjoy !!!
