Spaghetti squash marinara

Ingredients
2.0 cup Canned Tomatoes2.0 cup Spaghetti Squash1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 1tsp Canola Oil4.0 tsp Oregano, ground4.0 serving Cheese-Kraft Parm (2 tsp)1.0 dash Salt
Directions
Prep.and Bake squash at 350 for 35 to 45 mins till pulp is tender while baking put oil in pan add chopped onion and spices and once onion is cooked add diced tomatoes and parm. Simmer till its sauce consistency scrape up with a fork from the squash to make spaghetti string divide it 4 ways then add sauce to teach pile and then sprinkle with parmesa.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 to 2 cup depending on size of squash. .I used a 5lb.
