French Toast Baked in Honey Pecan Sauce

3/4 c. nonfat milk4 large eggs, beaten1/2 TBS brown sugar1 tsp vanilla extract8 slices day old bread1/4 c. margarine1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. reduced calorie pancake syrup1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Pour half the egg mixture into a large baking dish. Place the bread slices in the baking dish and pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
3. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
5. Add margarine to large 13x9 baking dish, place dish in oven. Melt the margarine and remove baking dish from oven.
6. Stir in brown sugar, reduced calorie pancake syrup, honey and pecans.
7. Place bread slices on top of honey pecan mixture.
8. Bake 30 min or until golden brown.
9. Remove bread slices and flip over as placing on serving plates.
10. Spoon extra honey pecan sauce on individual slices. Serve hot.
