16 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) .75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream .50 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 oz Cream Cheese 5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw salt and pepper to taste
beat eggs and heavy cream together. add salt and pepper to taste to mixture. Cut salmon and cream cheese into square bite pieces and add to eggs and cream mixture. Fold in shredded cheese. Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray and pour mixture evenly. Cook for 12-15 min in a 360 degree oven.
