VERY LOW CAL LENTIL SOUP made by my Chef Husband!

Ingredients
2 cup Lentils 4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Knorr Chicken Bouillion (1 cube) (by MANDEELU) 2 medium Carrots, raw 1 serving Celery Snack Pack made by Dandy~ 1 small bag contains 3 small pieces = 1 serv. 1 tsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Garlic minced ready-to-use - 1 tsp (5 g) - 1/2 tsp = 1 clove - Spice Select (by MAMAVEE2) 3.5 cup BLACK BEANS ~ BUSH'S REDUCED SODIUM BLACK BEANS 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 6 tsp Lawry's Minced Onion (dried) (by CRISSMAN00) 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .25 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
Directions
1. Prepare all vegetables ~carrots, celery , scallions into bite size pieces~having first peeled and washed them.
2.Lentils are NOT soaked. Measure all the other ingredients and put into a Dutch oven or deep stew pot.
3.Cook on low for about 1 hour.
4. Serve with ladle ~piping HOT!
