Balsamic Butter Green Beans

Ingredients
3 cups green beans2 cups water2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1/2 tbsp unsalted butterdash of salt and pepper
Directions
Bowl water with a dash of salt, add green beans for about 3-5 minutes, just enough to cook but still crisp. Remove the beans from the water. In skillet or pan, add butter and vinegar. Simmer until melted and add green beans. Simmer until butter is brown and beans are coated. Dash with salt and pepper if desired and serve.

Makes 4-5 1/2 cup servings.
