Lighter Egg Salad

Ingredients
5 Large Hard Boiled Eggs, Roughly Chopped2 Tbsp Light Miracle Whip or Sald Dressing type spread2 tsp Yellow Mustard1/2 tsp PaprikaDash Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Mix Ingredients until flavors well blended. Excellent served as a sandwhich on 100% whole wheat bread.
I find this recipe to be incredibly satisfying.
