Low Carb Wheat Bran Pancakes

Ingredients
2 oz Cream Cheese2 large Eggs1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract3/4 tsp Baking Powder2 Tbsp Wheat bran1-2 Tbsp Splenda
Directions
Soften cream cheese in the microwave and mix eggs in one at a time. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Batter may be lumpy. Use a whisk to help break up lumps of cream cheese. Serving Size: Makes 4 large pancakes but you can make them smaller. I make 6 small sized ones.
