3 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Blend ingredients
Spray pan with Pam
Set frying pan on med
Cook on one side until all bubbles are gone then flip. Be careful
