Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of FROZEN unsweetened strawberries1/3 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt1/3 cup of skim milk7 packets of equal sweetner
Directions
put all the ingredients in a processor or blender and blend until smooth. Use whole frozen berries and you eliminate the need for adding ice to your smoothie. It will be as cold and frozen and a strawberry shake!
