Ingredients
12-15 flour tortillasButter Spray (Pam/Butter)Cinnamon mixture: 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Use pizza cutter and cut 12-15 flour tortillas into 6 sections each.

Put on a foil-lined cookie sheet and spray with Pam/butter.

Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes (thin metal cookie sheets need less time, take out before browning). They might be a little flexable (that's ok, let them sit out for 30 mins or more and they will dry out the rest of the way).

*Goes great with Fruit Salsa (Strawberry, Kiwi, Pineapple, Peach, and lime juice)*

Makes about 90 cinnamon chips (servings of 6-8 chips each).

I made these for a 4th of July party to go with Fruit Salsa. They were fantastic. People couldn't get enough of them, and several people asked me for the recipe. They're so easy to make, and go so perfectly with the salsa. I've found one of my new favorites and go-to recipes. - 7/5/13
