Egg white, 1 serving Broccoli, fresh, .75 cup, chopped Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1 slice Tofu, lite firm, 1 serving cubed
Grease or spray a 10 inch skillet. Turn heat on medium. Slowly ladle egg white onto skillet. Meanwhile, cube tofu and cut broccoli into small pieces. When egg is in solid state, turn heat down and put tofu and broccoli into it. Then, lay a slice (or more, if wanted) of cheese on top. Then roll up the egg into a burrito formate. Cook briefly until roll is golden brown. Then eat!
