Ingredients
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 4 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 3 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 2 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin 5 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges 1 fruit Pineapple, fresh 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
Directions
Juice all ingredients in a juicer
you can use as a base in a blender with bananas or frozen fruit, or drink all by itself
