3.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.2 cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tsp Soy Sauce1.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Add all ingredients except the eggs and bring to a boil. Slowly drizzle the eggs into the boiling broth until cooked.
