2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .75 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats 5.5 tbsp Butter, salted .5 cup Milk, 3.25% .5 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Morton Table Salt (by LITTLELADY1996) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 4 serving Blue Berries, Fresh, .25 Cup
Mix dry ingredients together, in a separate bowl smash 1 cup of bananas (aprox 3) then mix milk, vanilla, egg, and melted butter with the bananas. After mixing, pour in dry ingredients and mix well. Then gently stir in blueberries. Pour into bread pan, or muffin tins.
Bake at 350F for 60-70 min for the bread pan, approx 45 min for muffins. Insert a knife to check if it is done.
