Simple Salmon Patties

Ingredients
3 serving Egg white, large28 oz Salmon, canned, Kirkland brand (2 cans)Add in spices to taste (pepper, onion & herb, dry mustard, & paprika are what I used)1/3 cup White cornmeal mix, White Lily, buttermilk2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Fry patties til brown on one side then flip to brown other side.

Serving Size: Makes 9 servings. 17-18 patties (2 per serving)
