Apple PB CInnamon Oatmeal Smoothie

.25 cup Great Value Old Fashioned Oatmeal (dry) 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat .75 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
Add oats and flax to blender. Blend on high until the texture of flour. Add milk to blender"use spoon or spatula to stir in oats/flax from the bottom. Add yogurt. Add applesauce, peanut butter and cinnamon.
Blend on high until desired smoothness. taste and add sweetener, if needed. Blend again. Transfer to pint (2 cup) jar or container; refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours so the oats can soften. Will keep in fridge at least 2-3 days . Shake before drinking.
